Class Description and Schedule
Restorative:
Sooth your frayed edges and recharge your battery during this gentle and relaxing class. you don't need to be flexible or have any yoga experience to enjoy this class. Your mind adn body will thank you.
Intro to Flow Yoga:
Is a gentle relaxing class great for beginners or for those recovering from injury.
Become familiar with some basic yoga poses while toning and stretching.
Yoga for all Levels:
Is suitable for adults of all ages and skill levels.
Intermediate Flow:
Begin to build your strength and endurance while enjoying the flowing sequences. Get your groove down while beginning to move smoothly from one pose to another and learning how to synchronize your breathing with your movements. If you're completely new to yoga you might want to try an Intro to Flow class first but don't be afraid to just hop in you'll catch on fast.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
Is a smooth flowing form of yoga in which inversions and back bends are a regular part of the class. Students will want to have tried a few classes before trying this one.
Yoga for Arthritis: If you have painful joints or are recovering from an injury this class is a perfect match. Move every joint in your body through its full range of motion without stressing your body while awakening and gently stretching your muschles.
Rockin Vinyasa:
Rock out to some of your favorite tunes and let your hair down to a high energy workout designed to build your strength and endurance while improving your range of motion. Flexibility not required. Familiarity with some general yoga moves is helpful but not necessary so go ahead and jump on in. Bring water and be ready to bust a sweat.
Registration
All yoga classes are open to anyone, anytime. However if you are new to yoga you might be more comfortable trying an Intro to Flow Yoga or a Yoga for All Levels class your first few times. Membership in The Club Fitness and Tanning is not necessary to participate in yoga classes.
What to Bring/Wear
Mats, blocks, straps and sweat towels are provided for you so all you need to bring is yourself and maybe some water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
